Your brochure mentions a pond?
A 3 acre pond is located on our property that is heavily stocked with White Crappie, Black Crappie, Channel Cat, Walleye, White Bass, Blue Gill, Red-Ear Blue Gill and Catch and Release Large Mouth Bass. All guests are welcome to fish the pond.

Are pets allowed?
We are happy for you to bring your pet along. We just ask when they are outside that they are properly supervised.

Is smoking allowed?
Out of consideration for all guests,we would prefer you not to smoke inside the cabin, but there is a wrap around deck and outside ashtrays for your convenience.

What items are provided in the cabin?
We provide: bedding, towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, bath and hand soap,hair dryer,dish soap, trash bags,paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic containers, first aid kit, emergency flashlights, stove, refrigerator, microwave, flavia coffee machine, coffee, tea and pitcher, sugar and coffee flavoring, all kitchen utensils, salt and pepper, extra blankets and pillows, disposable camera, assorted snacks and bottled water.
Outside we provide: fire pit with lawn chairs and benches,  wood, picnic table and umbrella, gas grill and utensils, fishing equipment(if needed) and a fish cleaning station.
Also provided for your enjoyment: TV with VCR and DVD, cards, assorted board games, books, croquet set, 2 bikes, volleyball and net, washshoes.
The cabin also has Central Air and a gas burning fireplace.

What is special about your first night?
We have a chilled bottle of wine from our local winery, a meal made in the crock pot(you may choose Italian, Chicken or Beef based meal). Or leave it has a surprise, and there will be a fresh baked loaf of bread.

What are check in and check out times?
Anytime after 3pm to check in and 11am for check out. You may leave the key in the cabin when you check out or stop by to say good-bye and return the key to us.

What is there to do around here?
We are only 5 miles from Lake Shelbyville beach, so water sports are abundant. The cabin borders the Army Core of Engineers ground so there are plenty of hiking, wildlife and nature to observe. We are 10 miles from Wolf Creek State Park.
If you like to hunt Mushrooms, I can persuade my husband to share his spots.Join us this April Spores N More Mushroom Festival at Sullivan.
Sullivan has The Little Theatre on the Square. If you wish we can reserve tickets for you.
We are 20 minutes from Amish Country. There are Flea and Craft markets and Antique stores all within 20 minutes. Most importantly we have Peace and Quiet for total Relaxation.
